Open enrollment begins Nov. 1, and to help you make the most of your benefits, Asante offers virtual benefits fairs. Visit myHR or asante.org/benefits-fair anytime during the open enrollment period to learn more about what’s offered. You can also speak live with vendors on:
- Wednesday, Nov. 2: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Monday, Nov. 7: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Thursday, Nov. 10: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
You can chat live with representatives from Regence, MetLife, HealthEquity, Fidelity, VSP Vision, Guild Mortgage, Mercy Flights, Willamette Dental Group, SupportLinc (EAP vendor), Farmers Auto/Home, The Standard and the Asante Healthy Living Incentive Program to discuss your benefits-related questions. Spouses are welcome to attend all events.
Remember, only employees who want to make changes to their current benefits, are enrolling or re-enrolling in a flexible spending account (FSA) for 2023 or want to cash out ETO need to participate in open enrollment. If you do nothing, your current benefits elections and covered dependents will automatically roll over into next year, except for FSA plan participation, ETO cash-out or choose to keep short-term disability coverage.

The Asante Benefits team will be available virtually during open enrollment Nov. 1–15 to help you make your benefits elections on myHR. A specialist can remote in to your computer (you’ll need to be logged into the Asante network) and help walk you through the process.
