As part of ABIDE’s Women in Leadership webinar series, Chief Nursing Officer Amanda Kotler talks about the leadership lesson that has served her best: being herself.
Kotler grew up in Keno, Oregon, population 1,000. She joined Asante in 2006 as a new nursing grad and rose through Asante’s clinical and leadership ranks to become the top executive overseeing nursing at all Asante hospitals.
Shea Quinn, patient experience and provider wellness program manager, will serve as host. A recording of the event will be posted and available for later viewing.
