July 9: MedWAR Wilderness Medicine Race
ATRMC’s unit-based counsel extends an invitation to all employees.
The ATRMC Emergency Department’s unit-based council is planning a river race on July 9 and wants other Asante employees to join them. The event involves four-person teams who will participate in a river float, fun medical challenges and a barbecue picnic after. Singles can be paired up if they don’t have a full team. COVID-19 distancing precautions will be observed.
The race starts at 9 a.m. at Hog Creek in Merlin. Cost is $60 per team, which covers the rafts, T-shirts and lunch. The deadline to register is June 25. Email Laura Ramacciotti Whyte if you want to participate or volunteer to help run the event.
