“I’m on my way to pick up your baby”

Asante Rogue Regional’s NICU shows what community-centered care looks like.

The team at ARRMC’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit go to extraordinary lengths to care for our community’s most precious and vulnerable patients.

Nurses Terry Enge and Cynthia Morgan, along with social worker Stacie Westbrook and neonatologist Katie Townes, DO, share how their unit cares for critically ill babies — both inside and outside the unit’s walls.

“Being able to send them home in the healthiest state possible has been a treasure in my life,” Morgan says.

Asante Foundation produced this video to encourage support for the 350 babies cared for at the NICU each year.
