How to make New Year’s goals — and keep them

With the help of simple goal-setting strategies (DARE to Achieve Goals and Set SMART Goals), the app helps you set and achieve goals based on what motivates or hinders you.

To improve your chances of success:

  • Make sure your goals are made for you, by you. When you tailor your goals to fit into your lifestyle and routine, you’re more likely to meet them.
  • Understand what’s driving your goal. If you know what motivates you, it’s easier to work toward your goals.
