Get a jump start on your taxes with digital W-2s

Asante’s partnership with ADP means you can access your 2020 form online now.

Electronic versions of 2020 W-2s are now available. Asante has continued its partnership with ADP, which means employees can access their W-2 statements electronically through ADP’s website (myadp.com) and on their mobile app (ADP Mobile Solutions).

In addition, employees will have the ability to load W-2 information directly into certain tax reporting software programs. If you previously enrolled in the ADP solution, you can sign in with your previous username/password. Otherwise, you will need your Asante employee ID number to register. A difference you will see on your 2020 W-2 will be the truncation/masking of your Social Security number on the actual W-2 document, only the last four digits will be visible. The IRS allowed this change for security purposes. The information Asante files with the state and IRS is still sent with the full number to ensure proper posting.

All employees will receive a paper W-2 mailed to them on or before Jan. 31.

Please note: At this time, your W-2s for 2019 and 2020 will not be available through myHR/My Payroll Documents (where you can access your 2018 and earlier W-2s). We will work on getting them stored in both locations, but for now it will just be ADP.

Lastly please see the required annual notice below:
Employees may be eligible for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC or EIC), a benefit for working people with low to moderate income, particularly those with children. EITC reduces the amount of tax owed and may provide a refund.
