Find care quickly by calling this number

Asante’s patient access team will help you establish care with a new provider or get a same-day appointment when you need one.

If you’re looking to establish care with an Asante primary care provider, or you need a same-day appointment with an existing Asante provider, you can get help quickly by calling Asante’s special patient access phone line.

Employees and spouses enrolled in the Asante Health Plan should call (541) 789-1234 during business hours to choose an adult or pediatric provider. The access team will schedule your first appointment within two weeks of your call.

If you or a family member have already established care and are feeling sick or have a minor injury, call that number for a same-day appointment. (COVID-19 screening applies.) Appointments for calls received after 1 p.m. may be offered for the next business day. The patient access phone line also will help you find same-day care within the Asante system if your provider is unavailable.

Remember, when you use an APP provider your coverage falls under the Category 1 tier, so you will save the most in your out-of-pocket expenses.
