As reported earlier, Asante’s Employee Assistance Program benefits will be administered by a new vendor, SupportLinc, effective Jan. 1.
The EAP benefit is completely confidential and is offered to all employees and their dependents at no cost. The benefit provides up to four free sessions per issue per year for a wide variety of concerns, such as:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Marriage and relationship problems
- Grief and loss
- Substance abuse
- Anger management
- Stress
- Financial assistance
- Legal assistance
- Family assistance
If you’re currently seeing a provider through the EAP, you can ask your provider if they contract with SupportLinc. If they don’t, reach out to SupportLinc at (888) 881-5462 or supportlinc.com to see about transferring to a provider that does contract with them. Use group code asante. If you’re not currently seeing a provider through the EAP, contact SupportLinc after Jan. 1 to get connected with providers.
