Draw strength from this Asante benefit

MyStrength is an online service that gives you resources to improve your mood and overcome challenges.


At times, we all feel like we’re being pulled in too many directions, or we feel that our relationships with our family and friends have deflated like an old tire. Asante employees and their spouses on the Asante Employee Benefits Plan have access to web and mobile tools to help combat these feelings.

MyStrength, which went active for Asante in January, is a safe and secure online service that provides custom resources to improve your mood and overcome the challenges you face.

To sign up, go online or download the myStrength app from your mobile device’s app store. When prompted for an access code, enter 10017473. Complete the sign-up process and personal profile. From there, you can view inspirational videos, enjoy interactive activities and more.

Completing activities on myStrength can earn you annual incentives as part of the emotional well-being part of the Asante Wellness Program. To earn the incentives through myStrength, register and complete the initial questionnaire, and then complete two activities through the platform. After at least 60 days, take the questionnaire again, and then go to Regence Empower or the Regence Empower app to confirm you completed the program.

As a reminder, the Asante Wellness Program offers employees and their spouses enrolled any Asante health plan option the chance to earn incentive dollars into their health reimbursement or health savings based on the medical plan that they are enrolled in. The incentive amounts are:

  • $75 for the Asante PPO Health Plan
  • $300 for the Asante Savings Health Plan or Asante Reimbursement Health Plan
