If you’ve been waiting patiently to get the COVID-19 vaccine, now’s your chance! Immunization has been opened to all Asante employees.
To schedule your appointment:
- Call (541) 789-2813 and select “Option 2.”
- Scheduling hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Scheduling is not available outside these times.
- New! Employees may also schedule through their MyChart account.
After receiving your first dose of the Pfizer vaccine, you’ll need to get a second “booster” dose for the vaccine to be 95% effective. The booster must be given after 21 days of receiving the first dose, but no later than 28 days after the first dose.

What about if you received the first dose of the Moderna vaccine?
I have been trying to schedule my vaccine appt for a few days now through MyChart, however, it keeps telling me there are no appointments available at this time. So I am unable to schedule an appt
I had an appointment scheduled but it got cancelled due to no vaccines being available, I am supposed to get on COVID site and schedule a call for when vaccines arrive but am unable to find where I do that
Is there a way to reschedule your second dose?
I cannot do it on MyChart and all of the phone lines just cut me off.
