If you open Asante’s public website, Asante.org, you’ll notice it looks a little different. The site has been redesigned with new graphics, easier navigation, improved accessibility, better viewing on mobile devices and, most important, visuals that reflect our community and the people we serve.
The redesign carries forward Asante’s brand identity, “Community Lives Here,” established in 2019.
It also helps fulfill Asante’s goal to provide a consistent experience for our patients and visitors. That includes a color palette used throughout the system, photos of real locals and Asante physicians, and content that helps inform, educate and celebrate our community.
“The new look and feel for Asante.org supports the organization’s consumer-friendly strategic focus,” says Kimberly Schauer, director of Asante Communications and Marketing. “This site rebrand is an initial step toward improving our digital front door for consumers and patients.”
The redesign has been several months in the making. Asante digital strategist John Rotheray worked with the site vendor to enhance the visual design and ensure that users can easily find the services they need.
“My vision for Asante’s website is to make it as easy for consumers to search for health care services as it is to shop on Amazon. With this latest update, Asante took a big step forward in making it easier for consumers to shop for the services they need and make an appointment.” — John Rotheray
The home page now brings attention to some of Asante’s primary services, such as heart and vascular; brain and spine; cancer; orthopedics; pregnancy and birth; and primary care. Each of the primary service pages now make it easier to find related clinics, providers and phone numbers at the top of each page.
The home page also features more content for the community to browse than the previous site, with easy-to-find COVID-19 information, messages from Asante President and CEO Scott Kelly, updates on Asante’s expansion plans, upcoming events, press releases and more.
The revamped site went live on June 17, but will continue to be updated and revised in the coming weeks.
