Asante leaders, providers honored by Rogue Gateway Rotary

The Grants Pass civic club’s Vocational Service Award went to ATRMC leaders for their work to curb the pandemic.

The Rogue Gateway Rotary broke with tradition by honoring not just a single individual for its Vocational Service Award, but eight leaders and providers from Asante Three Rivers and APP clinics in Grants Pass.

Recognized for their public health advocacy to end the COVID-19 pandemic were ATRMC’s Laura Magstadt, the former vice president of Nursing; Dave Kinyon, vice president of Operations; Eric Loeliger, MD, vice president of Medical Affairs; and APP’s Scott Nelson, DO, Megan Frost, MD, Estin Yang, MD, Nicole Cowley, MD, and Christopher David, MD.

The Daily Courier in Grants Pass reported that the awards ceremony was held online during the Rotary Club’s recent weekly meeting. The vocational service award recognizes a non-Rotarian for excellence and ethics in his or her profession.
